Description
paler version of Meyer's Black-capped Lory; red very slightly paler; under wing-coverts dark blue; band to nape dark blue; lower breast and abdomen dark blue; breast washed with pinkish-red.
Female with lighter blue band to nape.
Length: 31 cm, wing length 167 - 175 mm
Location
Jobi and Mios Num Islands in Geelvink Bay.
